Santa has landed!

Crowngate Shopping Centre has received a telegram from the North Pole, confirming that Santa Claus and his elves will be arriving in Worcester on Sunday 25th November! Join us as Santa and his elves make a grand appearance on their Christmas rickshaw, to announce that the most wonderful time of the year is finally here!

Starting at the Guildhall at 11:30am, Santa and his helpers will meet and greet good boys and girls! They will be handing out candy canes and posing for pictures, all to the sound of a merry marching band for an extra helping of Christmas spirit. The procession will end at 12.30pm by Santa’s temporary headquarters, which are in Friary Walk at Crowngate Shopping Centre.

Santa’s Base Station will officially open for free, festive fun at Friary Walk on Friday 30th November. You’ll be admitted through a top-secret entrance, using ‘naughty or nice’ finger-scanning technology to determine if you made the good list this year!

Every Friday and Sunday until 23rd December, you can enjoy party favourites between 11am-4pm, like musical bumps, pass the parcel and the limbo (with a seasonal twist)! It’s going to be the gift that keeps on giving, as there will also be interactive storytelling, colouring in sessions and a festive playlist.

Each Saturday between 11am and 4pm, we will have a team of mischievous elves for more festive activities, including a silent disco, penguin bauble painting, North Pole mask-making and a polar bear puppet theatre.

We ho ho hope to see you there!
