    Operations Manager

    Mike joined CrownGate in June 2005 as a handyman, as an interim job. He worked his way through to Services Coordinator and Maintenance Manager, taking over the role of  Operations Manger in November 2012. Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations and health and safety of the shopping centre.

  • Marilyn Lees

    Office Administrator (Mon - Wed)

    If there’s something you need to know, Marilyn is the person to ask! Having worked at CrownGate since March 2002, she has seen, experienced and played a part in most things at the shopping centre. Previously Marilyn worked within the shopping centre at C&A for over 21 years.

  • Marcella Pitts

    Office Administrator (Thu - Fri)

    The newest member of the Management Team, Marcella joined in July 2016. Sharing the role of Office Administrator with Marilyn, Marcella works Thursday’s and Friday’s. She has a wealth of experience and is a welcome addition to the team.

  • Security & Liaison

    Security & Liaison Team

    You’ll see our Security & Liaison Staff throughout the Shopping Centre, always on hand to help. The Team can be identified by their CrownGate uniform and SIA (Security Industry Authority) badges, which are worn at all times.
